The undesirable property

Pros:
None at all
Cons:
The Super has his whole family living within the building
Building hallway and roofs are filled with water damage at anytime the way may cave in on you with water
Advice to owner:
Get a new super!
Take care of your tenants most of them face court proceedings for things you guys do not fix

Pros:
nothing good about the building. super is friendly. emergencies only.
Cons:
everything. rat infestations. roach infestations. bedbug infestations. no heat in the winter. noise level at max during the summer nights. management doesn't care about their tenants. they dont respond in a reasonable time and when they do they want to do thing on their own terms not to yours.
Advice to owner:
get you management in line.
fix your buildings
take care of your tenants

There’s plenty of transportation near by.
Cons:
The super has Family in a lot of the apartments.. during the warmer days, prepare to not sleep At all. They set up the cars with huge speakers, hookah and start to bbq right in front
Taking the entire front of the building
Literally over 50 ppl and children running around at 5am. I’ve lived here for 6years and asked for a transfer but was denied. There’s mold in the bathroom that no matter how much I scrub it, it doesn’t go away
My apartment has been flooded Many times and they continue to patch work instead of actually fixing the problem, due to the flooding i still have no light in my bathroom it’s been months and they continue to say they don’t have the led light that my bathroom has... there’s No heat in the apartment and the windows are old so the draft is real bad, they haven’t gotten repainted my apt in the years I’ve lived here. I have 2 little girls & I just do not feel safe here. There’s so much more issues here, honestly the list goes on and on. We live in a 1 bedroom.
Advice to owner:
You’re a horrible person to have ppl living like this.
Hire better ppl as well and take care of the building. Ppl shouldn’t be partying and smoking infront of the building
