Pros:
The new apartments are renovated. You are able to pay the rent online.
Cons:
The building is in pretty bad shape. Hallways are disgusting and you’ll find homeless people sleeping on the stairs in the winter and people smoking weed in the entrance during the summer. Yes, your children will be breathing in weed smoke to get home. Loud music outside at all times of the night, especially during the summer. You’ll also have to walk through a crowd of people in the summer because they do barbecues on the sidewalk.
Advice to owner:
Renovate the hallways and secure the front door. Stop allowing your tenets to smoke weed in the entrance.
