A nightmare in h***
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is accessible to transportation and shopping area
Cons:
Pest(mouse) problem, Noisy neighbors, dirty building, broken elevator, broke entrance door, apartments aren’t up to standard of quality living and rent is too high.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building
