Horrible and Disgusting

Pros

Nothing good about this building. DONT MOVE HERE THE SUPER IS HORRIBLE LAZY AND BUILDING IS DIRTY, NO HEAT AND LOTS OF PEST

Never any heat Pest control is horrible Hallways are filthy Intercom never works Outside perimeter is dirty The super is lazy and never seen

Advice to the owners

Hire new super Stop using cheap products when fixing apartments Do pop up visit so you can see that the super doesn’t work This building is filthy and run down. I would never recommend anyone to live here

Yes but no one pays attentions. I’ve called 311 several times. The building is abandoned and never clean. This whole winter we were without heat
