HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a private building
Cons:
The building is horrible. It’s filthy. Junkies sneak in from the Fordham rd path and come to this building and do they drugs on the roof. There are no cameras what so ever outside nor instead the building so anything can happen and nobody won’t know. Kids live all through out the building and there’s a mess everyday inside of the building. Neighbors steal mail, and packages from each other. There’s also a lady that owns 2N & I believe 4S who rent out rooms and are illegal in a residential building. This building is crazy to live in.
Advice to owner:
Shape this building up to what it’s supposed to be. Put cameras inside and outside the building. Make people feel safe. Make sure the garbage inside of the building is cleaned up every morning & through out the day. People don’t want to go to work see a mess throughout the building and still come back home to that type of stuff. Its unacceptable. And by far the worst building i have rented from.
