This place is terrible. In all honesty!
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros unless your a roach or rat looking for an apartment.
Cons:
Life threatening, poor maintenance, landlord lacks professionalism, he pays a homeless man by the name of “Pechi” with beer to clean his building. Rats are out growing household pets and becoming very dangerous. And soooo much more .
Advice to owner:
Sale the building to someone who can afford to get it together.

Money hungry slumlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close to transportation and grocery stores and shopping is convenient
Cons:
The landlord wants his rent on time but is not on time with giving heat hot water or addressing repairs
Advice to owner:
Be just as aggressive with maintaining your building and repairs as you are about collecting your rent
