Pros:
Near train station
Allot of stores in the area
Cons:
They never clean the actual building, building is old and apartment appliances are old. They do not renovate apartment unless something is broken. Super does not do his job and is never in the actual building.
Advice to owner:
Hire ppl who will actually maintain the building. Paint job, ensure mailboxes are well put together. Fix steps in building & actually ask residents what they would like. People have been living here for years and u guys dont even inspect. Living in mold and rats horrible!! Will be calling 311
