A Terrible Property
Former Tenant
Pros:
A roof over your head
Cons:
Roaches infest the entire building and all of the apartments and the landlord does absolutely nothing about it. Mold in all of the bathrooms and all they do is paint over it when you bring it to their attention. They do not respond to tenants complaints. They do not provide adequate heat , resulting in many freezing nights. Neighbors keep their dogs in the hallway and you will have to deal with constant barking and yelling. Neighbors are constantly fighting. The building smells like mold, smoke and weed. The worst part about the building are the pests and the landlord does nothing to care for the property or tenants. Looks like a trap house but you pay rent as if you are living in luxury.
