Unresponsive, management, careless. * Safety: Intercom system not properly working, you cannot hear anyone on the other end; door taped open. *Building super: Not properly cleaning and maintaining building, lucky if the building is cleaned every two weeks, makes hasty repairs then you must go behind and clean up messes of sloppy painting, caulking, etc. *Contracted constructions crews not well versed in repairs *Office accounting practices : they do not keep up to date with rent payments
