Former Tenant
Pros:
The 5th floor is the best floor. The tenants clean their floor, decorate their floor during holidays.
Cons:
Some of the tenants are horrendous. They let their kids run in hallways, they leave garbage in the hallways. Disgusting. If one family in particular would move, the building would be Perfect.
Advice to owner:
Get that one family out of here. They know exactly who that family is. They claim they can’t do anything. Poppycock! They can and should. Don’t renew their lease.
