Welcome to 208 W Fordham Road
Former Tenant
Pros:
Things about the building that i like are the people who live here. My neighbors are very helpful and respectful in times of need.
Cons:
The things i don’t like about my building is how the property owner pays more attention to fixing up empty apartments for new renters instead of fixing current problems in our apartments. Also, they are irresponsible when it comes to fixing up issues around the building. It takes for Housing and Property Development(HPD) to get involved for my landlord to “fix” certain issues.
Advice to owner:
Please have a sense of heart for renters in these apartments. We are human just like you and deserve to be treated as such
