Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Its not the worst

Pros

Close to 4 and D train

Cons

Elevator breaks frequently. Washers in building basement break frequently.

Don’t move here

Pros

Some neighbors are nice

Cons

The building manager is not responsive. The neighbors play loud music all the time and management does nothing about it even after multiple complaints. People smoke cigarettes and weed in the hallway. Kids play in the hallway all day and night. The super is new. It is not good at responding to repairs.

Advice to the owners

Be respect to the tenants and manage the noise level better.
