Pros:
Neighbors are nice
Cons:
Building needs an insane amount of work. Poor management response and even worst customer service. They normally pay no interest to their tenants concerns and needs. Lots of roaches, mice, and no gas. Heat works sometimes.
Advice to owner:
Tear building down and rebuild
