Good building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean and relatively safe
Cons:
A few noisy tenants who let their kids play in the hallways
Advice to owner:
Commence nuisance holdovers against the noisy tenants. Especially the ones that let their kids play in the public hallways.

Getting out of control
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building can still be saved
Cons:
Lots of loitering in the hallways
Advice to owner:
The quality of tenants moving in is horrible!! Homeless sleeping in the hallways. Please take control. Such a beautiful property. Don’t let it go to waste!!!!

Landord and building dirty
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord is friendly. The building feels safe. Friendly neighbors. Rent price is fair.
Cons:
Dirty elevator. Loud music from the street sometimes at night in the summer. Too many dogs pissing everywhere. Horrible super.
Advice to owner:
Please keep the building clean. The elevator and floors need to be fixed!! Often gets very dirty with spit and piss in the elevator the floors look like they are about to fall apart!
