Keep looking this ain’t it

Pros:
Great location, 15mins max walk to 4 train, lots of buses BX9, BX 3, BX 28, supermarkets and store 3-4 block as away, park next door. Laundry on in ground level
Cons:
No heat, people don’t pick up dog poop, noise level is elevate during day with 2021 construction next door, neighbors have washing machine that why shouldn’t which over flows the piles, and the hog the dryers.
Advice to owner:
Start over & be more compassionate because it seems like you don’t care about your tenants.
