It’s definitely a work in progress!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I really enjoy the neighborhood that the building is located in. It is sat atop the hill overlooking the Harlem River and the Marble Hill neighborhood below. It certainly looks like very nice with the marble flooring and brand-new intercom system. It is only 3 stories so that is wonderful as well.
Cons:
The door to our building is locked with an intercom system but it is a plain glass door and it can easily just be kicked in with the glass shattered. Security is a little lackluster. There is no pest control that I have seen whatsoever and it is almost as if they slapped the building together with glue and popsicle sticks.
Advice to owner:
Terminate the superintendent for the building. He is never responsive and there is no communication from the landlord to the tenant. If you could communicate things properly that would be nice.
