Downhill but quiet

Pros:
Quiet Neighborhood and nice neighbors
Cons:
Building degrading, lazy super, discriminating landlord
Advice to owner:
Change super, don’t discriminate, respond to calls and feedback. Stop hiding so you don’t have to answer tenants.
