This used to be a decent place to live.. not so much anymore.
Former Tenant
Pros:
I have a place to live.
Cons:
Smoking marijuana in stairways, people hanging in front of bldg, dog urine smelling up courtyard. Roaches & mice that has become a new issues for the last 7-8 months. Laundry room is disgusting. People are parking their mopeds in lobby (locked to the staircase). Elevator breaking down at least once a month. People leaving nasty garbage bags in hallway.
Advice to owner:
There needs to be a better screening of potential tenants. Do not allow people to let their dogs pee in courtyard. Stop allowing or turning your head to extra rooms being built in the building. This used to be a decent place to live. Unfortunately, it has made a turn for the worse.
