Loud and Dirty
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fairly close to the 1 train as well as decent access to the 4 train by way of the BX9 bus.
Cons:
Very loud music gets played constantly, there’s garbage in the hallways, tenants frequently smoke in the hallways, and pest control needs to get stepped up promptly.
Advice to owner:
Clean up this building immediately! It’s filthy, poorly maintained, nearly impossible to reach someone in the management office, and far too many tenants feel free to play their music loudly at all hours of the day, plus tenants constantly leave garbage in the stairwells. So disgusting!
