Pros:
Near the best transits, can buy anything you need in the area
Cons:
Horrible landlords and property management No one helps you with anything not repairs not complaints but call you a week after rent is due to get payment No laundry in building Neighbors are disrespectfully loud Dirty building Loudest heat system ever that barely provides heat
