No heat in winter, no street parking

Pros:
Very quiet building
Cons:
Theres no street parking like ever, the thiefs steal from your car causing you to spend money on car repairs. No heat in winter and we all teport the landlord but he doesnt care. Paying over $300 in electricity because i am forced to use a portable heater all day and night.
Advice to owner:
Do better, we are paying $1900 for a one bedroom and you cant provide heat! Smh
