You can find probably something better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not too loud and generally safe.
Cons:
I lived here with my family for almost 30 years and the quality of the management has decreased incredibly since the 2000s. Heat and hot water are unreliable, pest control is laughable, leaks are inevitable, and the front door is almost always broken. There was once a time that the elevator was broken for 11 months and absolutely NOTHING was done to fix it despite the fact that the building is full of older people. Management is absolutely terrible and deserved to have been fired decades ago.
Advice to owner:
Just your job if you want to stop getting complaints from the city!

If you like being ignored, here this place!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quite neighborhood
A lot of convenient stores
Cons:
Worse management
Building is really old!
Walls are cracking!
If there's no hot water, good luck w/ that.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants concerns!
We pay rent, we are not living for free. Which why YOU should be taking action and fix this building.
Walls are cracking, there is lead, LISTEN to your tenants. Does not take much to be a human being.
