Quiet but deadly

Pros:
I love the fact that the building is small and everyone knows each other and get along great
Cons:
Landlord lacks empathy for tenants, heater is always messing up because he don't pay workers to fix correctly, he also has a problem fixing leaks that occur on a line, meaning, apartment 4r has a leak that penetrates down to 3r, 2r and 1r and all he does is have super cover it up because he don't want to pay a plumber to fix the inside problem, he also allows hoodlums to enter building and deal drugs and smoke drugs because he won't fix the building door lock, the building is open to the public making it unsafe when strangers come in to go too the roof to deal drugs

Get yourself together if you want to have properties and serve your tenants with the respect they deserve
