What Renting Is Like Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
How much space the apartment offered.
Cons:
There are no renovations to the units. I thought after two years they’re supposed to paint and replace/repair something.
Advice to owner:
Please upkeep the units so we get more bang for our buck. You have a beautiful location and view but we need water damage repairs.
