Pros:
It’s cheap! Well, you get what you pay for.
Cons:
You get what you pay for!! Unresponsive management that you can only get in touch with via email. Dirty lobby, hallways and elevator. The trash room on each floor is disgusting and the super has kids or random people cleaning it out. There is rampant weed smoke , loud music, and urine in elevators. Not to mention the lobby door’s lock is always broken. Never any heat in winter. If you’d like to live here you have to invest in space heaters.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to an owner who will put a more competent person in charge and fix up the building to attract better tenants.
