Terrible Conditions
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing besides the new entry system that they finally updated after the buzzer not working forever
Cons:
Disgusting conditions, rats everywhere, mice in the apartments, stinks like urine, bums sleeping inside and peeing everywhere. If you want to live in urine and mice infested building go ahead. If you want your entire apartment to be broken down and never have anything fixed, here is the place for you.
Advice to owner:
BE A REAL HUMAN AND DO BETTER. GET THIS PLACE CLEANED UP AND HAVE SOME HUMAN DECENCY
