Okay but noisy
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are not to many crimes in the neighborhood. The place is relatively safe.
Cons:
The neighbors are no good. The harass quote a bit a play loud music all through the night.
Advice to owner:
Please don't ban people for trying to deal with their issues.
