If you like to shop there are many stores around
Cons:
The property manager does nor owner care about tenant they just want you to pay rent most of the people are in section 8 horrible homeless people sleeping inside the building and people smoking marijuana cigarette in the stairs
Advice to owner:
Get it together invest in your building
