RESEARCH BEFORE YOU RENT
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near shopping area
Cons:
Only building on the block where the landlord could care less about cleanliness of property, safety of its tenants or loitering. Sure come sit down, play music all day n night, bbqs, fighting matches, motorcycle debacles, just plan foolishness. Several tenants sell drug paraphernalia. 24/7 open shop. Lobby door stay broke/jammed and street folks hang out especially Friday n Saturday. Ghetto bldg
Advice to owner:
Clean up the bldg Fix issues in each apartment especially heat during winter. Super is lazy and require a tip most times just to fix stuff in apartment that should be free. Add a working camera Fix intercom system for each apartment Stop having RENT ROOMS
