Close to everything
Cons:
Incompetent Super Intendant & cleanliness & rodents/bugs
Advice to owner:
Building and apts need better management on all ends. The hallways are always dirty(only cleaned about once a week), there are no safety measures in regards to COVID and the intercom is never working.

Old and super didn’t fix anything right.
Advice to owner:
Hire new super and update building
