Cons:
Roaches, mice, moths, flies, no heat or hot water occasionally, elevator breaks down

I do not recommend this building to anyone

Great super and staff
Cons:
Leaks
Bad plumbing
Poor communication with landlord
Horrible elevator, outdated and is always getting stuck
Outdated entrances where random people can easily get in
Advice to owner:
Need to invest more in security and pest control and leak control
