Far From Ideal
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close proximity to express train stops D and 4 lines
Cons:
The building buzzer has been broken for over a year. Rats have made holes on the walls and go around different apartments. There are cockroaches all throughout the building. Floors are not leveled, making everything in the apartment slightly unleveled as well. Floor tiles easily come off. Windows have a lot of dirt from outside
Advice to owner:
This building needs major reparations, if not an entire renovation.
