this place sucks, could be worse i guess

Pros

we have an elevator

Cons

the elevator breaks at least 3 times a year (this is being extremely generous, i've been here for about 10 yrs and at one point they broke once a month) it'll stay that way for anywhere from 2 days to 2+ weeks hot water randomly disappears can get very cold in the winter when they randomly decide not to turn on the heat there was once a fire in an apartment below and my entire floor including all of my apartment smelled like smoke you could also see the smoke in the air with your own eyes we never heard anything about it from the super or owners, just from a neighbor roaches. lots of roaches. no mice tho! crackheads will routinely sneak into the building and do drugs on the stairs i've personally had the pleasure of witnessing a lady shoot heroin into her thigh with her pants off as i was walking down the stairs (at least she said sorry though!) i've also gotten to practice my olympic vaulting technique when i jumped over a passed out crackhead who was blocking the exit on the stairs near the first floor glass windows in the lobby are broken at least 3-4 times a year, likely by the crackheads that sneak in great stuff
