Not the best but hopefully it can get better
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building recently got painted and got clean floors after about 7 years of living here. I wish the management keeps cleaning the floor at leash once a month.
Cons:
My number one complaint about this building are my noisy neighbors. They play music and drink outside the building, it’s so unprofessional of them. People come from work and want peace and quite and they ruined everything. The next complaint will be that the new super doesn’t help you for anything, and we have to call the office for any complaint we have in our apartments. The third complaint will be the rats in the basement, and the garbage room always looks a mess, but that’s because the neighbors are uneducated on how to put the garbage in the correct garbage disposal. The last complaint will be the elevator is never clean, always smells bad, and the floor always dirty because of my nasty Neighbors.
Advice to owner:
Please change the super who can actually help with the cleaning and help the tenants not only the garbage. Do keep giving maintenance to the building, and kick out those who can’t keep the building clean and who can follow the rules of the building, to keep it clean and not make the entrance of the building a party every day of the week. I know is hard working with people. Thank you for all the changes you have made this year.

Don’t move in here!!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are no pro’s ; people in homeless shelters live better than in this building
Cons:
Drug addicts, package theft, cameras never work, the downstairs door is unlocked, major loitering, a man lives in the lobby, intercoms don’t work, this management just makes money .. rats, roaches, unclean, signs all over for delivery people to take packages back even the super has a sign up .. if you’re in nyc working class : DONT DO IT! People come in off the streets ans sit in the staircase all day. And Major bonus no gas in the entire building since the day before thanksgiving. INCREDIBLE
Advice to owner:
Renovation; and working class only
