Pros:
Great neighbors and neighborhood. Close to all personal needs - supermarket, fast food, stores, transportation, and banking.
Cons:
Too many pest ( rodents/roaches) in the back alley and inside the building. Poor customer services from management when it comes to repairs and hazards to resident. Too many drug users wandering around the garbage alley. Too many accidents/occurence as crack piles, 3-4 apartment fires in the last 5 years, crack walls, robbery, and water leaks.
