Hope you like roaches, rats and water bugs!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Absolutely nothing to like
Cons:
The place is littered with pests, especially on the first floor. Huge mouse, roach and water bug issues. Massive leaks from the upper floors every few months. Heat is almost never on unless it is below 30 degrees outside. Hot water goes out at random times and the temperature is never consistent. Horrible water pressure in the bathrooms. Super takes his sweet time with repairs and never shows up when he says he will. There are always men talking loudly outside of the building, especially during the summer. In the winter time, there are cars that double park outside blasting music.
Advice to owner:
Stop being so greedy and make this place actually inhabitable.
