Very Bad building

Neighbors are Decent
Cons:
No exterminator, building is rarely cleaned, no surveillance cameras

Pros:
Spacious apartments, very nice
Cons:
Super sucks, takes forever to respond and fix what’s wrong and leaves with out fixing problem properly. Very lazy.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super
