Good Price, Extremely Loud Block

Pros:
Cheap rent, spacious apartment, close to 4/D trains
Cons:
Always loud music blasting especially in the summer when 50+ people from other neighborhoods would come to the block, a couple of shootings occurred. Experienced the worst of it since I lived on the ground floor. No heat during winter, again not sure if this was due to me being on the ground floor.

Cheap rent that’s about it
Cons:
Cockroaches everywhere, and mouses everywhere as well.
Advice to owner:
Please fix the pest issue. Disgusting.
