Terrible/ very poor management/ very old building / pest out of control
Former Tenant
Pros:
Day cares in building
Cons:
How about everything? Poor management, super takes forever to fix a problem, loud noise from neighbors, rats , roaches all year round , dirty basement where all garage is kept and not well maintained. Boiler constantly doesn’t work , elevator constantly doesn’t work and someone always gets stuck mind you you can’t pay rent late not even a week before JJL Realty is sending you a letter. Landlord Maria is terrible ! Have to call 311 constantly to get them to fix something correctly .!mind you rent goes up every time lease is up .
Advice to owner:
Get it together ! Everything in here is old .. stoves / refrigerators/ etc
