Mostly quiet and clean, but severe roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator, 24/7 laundry (electronic card)
Cons:
Had 3 mice, roaches were insane during the night. Once, they set off the fire alarm from crawling inside.
With the old owner, heat was generous. Illegal heat withholding with new owner, hot water issues as well.
