    Needs maintenance

    Pros:
    Quiet building, working tenants.
    Cons:
    Garbage inside of building which attracts rodents. Exterminator doesn’t come every month like management stated they would.
    Advice to owner:
    Leave the garbage outside and keep up the maintenance of your building.
