Horrible Management Response
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors, area & park
Cons:
Heat is sporadic & practically nonexistent. Management is atrocious. Their only concern is collecting the rent. Landlord considered a slumlord.
Advice to owner:
Gives us the heat we deserve or sell it to someone who will!

311 is your best friend/ Housing Court
Former Tenant
Pros:
- rent stabilized
- near public transportation, parks, ect
- Really responsive super
Cons:
The best way to get the property managers to fix something if they are not being responsive is by reporting them to housing court.

!!!!Prepare to freeze along with the super because they (the property managers) control the heat on their devices at home. I'm not sure if trying to save money in the winter time is a good way to go about it but because of that the heat is not probably regulated due to them only having thermostat in 20/91 units where those units have space heaters so the readings they are receiving on their phone is not accurate at all.

if you don't have a space heater you'll freeze. The heat barely turns on during the day if you work from home. 5am and 2 hours in the evening is about it

Beware of leaks!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet block entry, friendly neighbors in building, thick walls so you don’t hear noise of others apartments while you are inside yours or hear conversations from inside homes in the hallway. Improved super and building management over duration of occupancy.
Cons:
This housing complex has MAJOR leaks throughout the building. I had several, very bad leaks living there for 4 years. Building management and super are not speedy in repairs, you will have to stay on top of everything yourself between the two. They will also not repair items damages so you’ll need water-damage insurance. Pests can be a problem as well, but they provide monthly control services.
Advice to owner:
Try to fix and update building issues correctly instead of quick-fixes and patch-up work. Plumbing needs a full evaluation
