Nice naberhood loots off stores to pick from public transportation is close

Pros:
It’s quite good working elevator
Cons:
Laundry room have not been fix in years so you can’t do laundry in the building
Advice to owner:
Fix the laundry room and answer the request to fix what need to be fix in your tenant apartment
