Pros:
Location! Maybe the view depending on your unit, mine was nice
Cons:
Not clean or kept up!!! Pest!!
Advice to owner:
Renovate the whole dang building, get new management, keep up to date with the cleaning and maintenance of the place!

Dirty,no heat building, harassing landlord

Cons:
The building is not kept up no smoke alarms, no heat, repairs needed to electric throughout the building, mold.
Advice to owner:
Invest in fixing up your property for the people that live there
