Don’t do it!

Pros:
There is nothing good about this building
Cons:
Ceiling fell on my head, no hot water, non working toilet, toilet constantly leaking, no heat in the winter, trash inside the building, mice, smell of urine in the hallway
Advice to owner:
You should be ashamed of yourself that you are even charging rent. The condition of this building is horrible and I don’t understand how anyone could ever want to live here. The rent is so cheap because the apartments are terrible. Don’t do it to yourself!
