Do not rent!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The bare minimum is done.
Cons:
Let’s be honest there’s nothing positive about this building. There has been homeless people entering the building smoking meth or crack in front of tenants doors. The lobby always have some homeless people lounging around making it completely dirty bringing their trash. It’s completely filthy throughout the building with trash left on every floor even the elevator, the super has been switched out but the same shitty job!! The ladies of the leasing office which are RENEE and VICTORIA truly do not give a damn about any complaint or concerns a tenant has they only care about getting their rent money on time. I have lived in this building for about 9 years and currently looking for a new apartment. All 9 years and they never renovated, painted, or fixed any issues I’ve encountered and they send inexperienced men to do the job. Honestly this building needs to be under an entire new management/owner or it need to be knocked down.
Advice to owner:
Do your job as a property owner and get these issues not only with the building and it’s maintenance but with your employees that work in the leasing office. How unprofessional they are is unacceptable for example: having to wait 5 months for my new lease to come in the mail is down right wrong! The way things are going in the building especially with these homeless meth addicts running through the building you will end up with a lawsuit on your hands.
