Pros:
Affordable rent Nice and quiet area Lots of restaurants and bars
Cons:
Parking is rough Apartments are in need of a major overhaul. Paint and trimmings are in need of updating. Slow moving to repair apartment No super onsite because owner is too cheap Neighbors are strange and play loud music
