Landlord is very demanding and place isn’t worth the rent
Pros
Nice big room and it is very fitting for me. The assistant to the landlord is very nice and is very kind to me.
Cons
Other tenants aren’t as considerate as I thought they would be. Can be very loud at times. Landlord tends to be understanding at times but not always. Rent it overpriced at $250 a week (without WiFi, wiFi is $5 extra and $255 a week) and down payment is ridiculously high (almost $2000). You aren’t necessarily paying rent, you’re paying the landlord’s mortgage.
Advice to the owners
Lower the rent per week
