True Gem in the Bronx

Pros:
The building’s maintenance crew is top notch. They keep the building very clean. The 43rd Precint is directly across the street and a firehouse a block away.
Cons:
43rd Precint is directly across the street. Police cars parked in ways that obstructs traffic at time and can be noisy. As well as firehouse.
