not a place to live in peace
Former Tenant
Pros:
6 train, stores and supermarket close.” Cheap rent”
Cons:
Tenants seat in front of the building to talk and play music super loud in the mornings and specially at night time. In the weekends is party time they put a loud speaker making imposible for you to sleep. The management try to help but is imposible to control this people. Before you rent one unit at this building come around during the weekdays and weekends at night time ( summer reference ) ( weed smell is everywhere like fresh air )
Advice to owner:
Make sure the tenants fulfill with the rules and regulations that is on the lease so this building can be a better place to live in . Check your security cams for referents.
